Authanop Engineering was formed in Phuket Thailand in 2003. The founders, qualified civil engineers and HR specialists, had indentified a requirement in the market for suitably experienced flexible cost effective workforce solutions for property developers in the southern provinces of Thailand.

Essentially the demographics of Phuket were, and are such that there was not a sufficient local labour pool to satisfy prolific growth in the regional construction industry. There was a market driven requirement for project based, skilled workforce units. Given the origins of the founders they were able to utilize Alumini connections and networks to source labour units with the appropriate skills for the client base. Over the years we have met the ever-increasing demands of our client base and can now service a wide range of skill requirements at short notice.

The growth has been organic based upon client recommendations and the company ability to provide cost effective competitive and flexible work force solutions. We also pride ourselves on our constant investment in reviewing new construction and material technology as to ensure that our labour pool is conversant with the latest technical skills.
